Car Park Management is a service from Parking Space Rentals, one of the UK’s longest-established specialists in renting and managing parking. We launched it in 2011 to give owners of larger sites a fully managed way to earn from the spaces they don’t use.

Parking specialists since 2003

Parking Space Rentals has been letting and managing parking in residential and commercial developments since 2003, and was one of the first companies to work in this field. Today we look after everything from individual spaces and garages to entire car parks throughout the country.

Our own website was the first in the market to fully automate the process of applying for a rental parking space. It brings a steady flow of drivers and businesses looking for monthly parking, and that is the audience we put your spaces in front of.

How we work

We have always believed that looking after the interests of both the people who supply parking and the people who rent it is what makes a partnership successful and profitable. That is why we charge nothing upfront and are paid only when your spaces are let: we succeed when you do.

We are also deliberately focused. We don’t run event parking, airport parking or daily pay-and-display, and we won’t try to turn your car park into a busy public one. Everything we do is aimed at one outcome: long-term monthly renters who look after your spaces and stay for the long run.
