We find long-term monthly renters for the parking spaces you aren’t using, then manage those lettings for you. There are no upfront costs: we take a monthly commission only on the spaces we let.
Tell us about your car park
Send us a few details using our enquiry form or give us a call: where the car park is, roughly how many spaces are available, and anything we should know about access, such as gates, barriers, fobs or opening hours. You choose which spaces to offer and how many to keep for your own use.
Receive your free appraisal
Drawing on more than twenty years of letting parking across the UK, we look at local demand and comparable rents and suggest a realistic monthly price for your spaces. We’ll set out how we’d market the site and our commission, so you know exactly where you stand before anything goes live.
We market your spaces and find renters
Your spaces are advertised to the drivers and businesses who come to Parking Space Rentals looking for monthly parking, backed up by marketing aimed at your local area. We handle every enquiry, check applicants before they are accepted and put a rental agreement in place for each space.
You receive a monthly income
We collect the rent each month and pay you your share, less our commission. We deal with renter questions day to day, and when someone moves on we re-market the space to find a replacement, so your car park keeps earning.
Our fees
No upfront costs. Commission only on spaces we let.
There are no set-up, listing or marketing fees, and nothing to pay while your spaces are empty. Once we place a renter in a space, we take an agreed commission from the monthly rent we collect for it. If a space isn’t let, it doesn’t cost you anything.
Because we are only paid when your spaces are earning, our interests are the same as yours: getting as many spaces as possible let to reliable renters, at the right price, for as long as possible. Your commission rate is confirmed in writing as part of your appraisal.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Are there really no upfront costs?
Yes. We don’t charge for the appraisal, for setting up your car park or for marketing your spaces. We are paid a commission from the rent on spaces we have let, and nothing on spaces that are empty.
Do you offer daily, event or airport parking?
No, and that’s deliberate. We specialise in long-term monthly lettings only. We look for renters who want a space for months or years, not people coming and going by the hour or the day, so your car park stays orderly and your income stays predictable.
What size of car park do you work with?
Our service is designed for small and medium-sized car parks, from a handful of spare spaces to a few hundred. If you have a single space or garage, you can list it yourself on Parking Space Rentals.
Who rents the spaces?
Typically commuters who want a guaranteed space near work, local residents without off-street parking, and businesses that need extra parking for staff or vehicles. All rent on a monthly basis and are checked before they are accepted.
Can I keep some spaces for my own use?
Of course. You decide which spaces to make available and how many to keep. Many clients keep spaces for staff or residents and let only the surplus.
What happens when a renter leaves?
We re-market the space and find a replacement renter, so your income continues with as little gap as possible.
Which areas do you cover?
We work with car parks throughout the UK, including Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield, as well as smaller towns. If you’re not sure, just ask.
I’m an agent. Can I refer a client’s car park?
Yes. We regularly work with commercial and residential agents and managing agents. Get in touch with the site details and we’ll prepare an appraisal you can share with your client.
Ready to put your empty spaces to work?
